FACEIT Overlay for OBS
A live CS2 stats overlay for OBS Studio and Streamlabs. Paste one URL into a Browser Source and you're done.
FACEIT overlay for OBS
A FACEIT overlay for OBS is a browser-based graphic that shows your FACEIT stats on stream and keeps them current while you play. EgoWidgets is a FACEIT widget for OBS built around one URL: OBS loads it in a Browser Source, so there is no plugin, no download and no screen capture involved. The same link works as a FACEIT stats widget in Streamlabs and in any other streaming software that supports browser sources.
This page is about the overlay as part of your stream layout: what it can show and how to fit it in. If you only want your rating on screen, the FACEIT ELO widget is the more focused choice. If you want the wider picture, you are in the right place.
What stats can the overlay show?
- →Rating: current ELO, FACEIT level badge and ELO change over your last 20 matches
- →Performance: K/D, average kills, win rate, win/loss record and matches played
- →Form: your last 20 results at a glance
- →Identity: nickname, country flag and country rank
- →Win streak mode: selected templates change their look after five wins in a row
Each stat has its own switch in the Studio, so a FACEIT OBS overlay can be one slim line or a full stat block. Start small — you can always switch more on later.
How to add it to OBS
- Open the Studio, enter your FACEIT nickname and pick a template.
- Copy the widget URL.
- In OBS Studio, click + under Sources and choose Browser. Give the source a name.
- Paste the URL, set the width and height, and click OK.
- Drag the source into place in your scene preview.

Streamlabs and Browser Source
Streamlabs Desktop and OBS Studio both load the overlay through a Browser Source, and the steps are the same: add a Browser Source to a scene, paste the URL and set the size. The default Browser Source settings work as they are, because the page behind the overlay is already transparent.
Because it is just a URL, one FACEIT stream overlay can serve several scenes. Add the source once and reuse it in other scenes, or add it separately wherever you need a different size.
Sizing, transparency and positioning
Most templates are designed at 440 × 140 pixels, and a few larger ones are closer to 600 × 200. You can set a different width and height in the Studio, and the design scales as one piece. Use the same values in the Browser Source properties, and keep the ratio so nothing is cut off.
The background behind the overlay is transparent, so only the design appears over your game capture or camera. A template with a video or image background carries that background as part of the design.
For positioning, keep the overlay clear of your game HUD and webcam and inside the safe area of your scene. Resize with the width and height fields rather than by dragging the source’s corners, which stretches the overlay. You do not need to reload anything while streaming: the overlay refreshes itself, with a short delay after a match ends before the new result shows.
Troubleshooting
- Overlay not updating. Give it a moment after a match finishes, then refresh the source with Refresh cache of current page in the Browser Source properties. Also check that the streaming PC is online.
- Overlay cropped or the wrong size. Set the Browser Source width and height to match the template’s size, and avoid resizing by dragging corners. If you changed the size in the Studio, update the source to the same values.
- Browser Source cache. Turn on Refresh browser when scene becomes active so OBS loads a fresh copy each time you switch to the scene.
- Nothing on screen. Make sure the source is visible, sits above your game capture and has the complete URL. Opening the same URL in a normal browser tab is a quick way to confirm it loads.
